Voiture 215 has a nationally known Wrecking Crew and Ritual Team which conducts the Three Degrees of the Active Initiation from memory, including the First Degree parts of the Aumonier and Chef de Train; the Second Degree parts of the Conducteur, Mayor, and Chairman of the So-Long League; and the Third Degree parts of Sergeant Younger, Spirit of the Unknown Soldier, Aumonier, and Chef de Train.
    We have a portable Tableau Set, lights, sound system, tomb, steps, flags, costumes, uniforms, and other equipment which is transportable by pickup truck and fully supports all phases of the Initiation except the "fun" portion of the Second Degree.  We conduct the initiation with a minimum of 5 Voyageurs and a maximum of 13 and are able to travel throughout the state of Florida if requested,  no scheduling conflict exists, and the Voiture approves.
    In order to help offset our travelling expenses, we require either a $250.00 flat fee or  local arrangement and payment of one night's lodging for the Team at 2 members per room.  Voitures which would like our Team to conduct their initiation should first contact our Ritual Chairman, Pat Beamer, at (904) 261-6416 or by email at: gpatbeamer@bellsouth.net  in sufficient time to obtain Voiture approval at our next Cheminot and Promenade which are held on the second Thursday of the month.  He will provide an initial assessment and discuss preliminary arrangements.   All requests MUST be confirmed by in writing to the Ritual Chairman, 2413 First Ave Box 804-V4, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 or by email to the above address before the Team travels.
    Requests from Voitures outside the Grand du Florida will be considered on a case by case basis.
