By Air (F.B. Municipal Airport)
Amelia Island is located 25 miles from Jacksonville International Airport. Private, corporate, and charter aircraft can fly directly into Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport.

From Jacksonville International Airport:    Follow Interstae 95 North. Take exit 129 and proceed East on A1A (right turn from I95). Follow A1A directly onto Amelia Island.

By Car
From the North:    Follow Interstate 95 south. Take exit 129 and proceed East on A1A (left turn from I95). Follow A1A directly onto Amelia Island.

From the South:    Follow Interstae 95 North. Take exit 129 and proceed East on A1A (right turn from I95). Follow A1A directly onto Amelia Island.

OR

From the South:    Follow Interstae 95 North Take exit 99 and proceed North on 115. This road will eventually change into 113 and then again into 9A. Follow 9A over the St. John's River to Heckscher Drive. Proceed East on heckschere Drive until you reach Amelia Island.
