Noise Abatement Guidelines

The airport is surrounded by noise sensitive areas-thus airscraft operators are encouraged to minimize their noise footprint while operating in the vicinity of the airport.

Normal traffic pattern altitude is 1015' MSL (1000'AGL)

When wind conditions permit, consider R/W 26 departure

During departures, whenever possible climb straight ahead to a minimum of 500' AGL, 1000' AGL for turbine aircraft, prior to initiating turn

When remaining in the traffic pattern, climb to a minimum of 500' AGL prior to initiating turns to crosswind

Helicopters engaged in extended hover operations are requested to utilize the western side of the airport

When possible, avoid aircraft operations between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
